Being more of an expert at mlm, I like to think of affiliate marketing as simply a one or two level network marketing model. It works basically the same as network marketing where you get a share of selling a product or service. |
As with network marketing, with many affiliates marketing opportunities, you also get a share of those sales from those you recruit into the affiliate program also. The main difference is most affiliates are only one level deep, very few go two or three levels. |
One of the great advantages of affiliate marketing is that it takes the least amount of phone sales skills. You can build income selling and recruiting without creating the relationships and leadership skills required for building a network marketing home based business. |

On the flip side, a Christian Affiliate Home Based Business does require good computer and internet marketing skills. Even if you sign up for affiliate programs, you are still the one that must bring traffic to your site to propagate your business. |

The good news regarding affiliate marketing, and the very best place to start is with the Renegade System. Ann Sieg has done most of the work in finding some great companies to affiliate with, and simplified the process. The Renegade System is a one time $67 purchase. |

In this system you are led through the process of signing up for affiliates. Even if your interest is in mlm, we highly encourage all Christian Home Based Businesses to also acquire affiliate marketing skills to create multiple streams of income. |

With Ann Sieg's Renegade System you are led by the hand to get going, but are not required to do all the affiliates she has researched, nor or you limited to just those. Some affiliations charge to be associated, some do not. |

My advice is to add affiliate marketing to your main Home Based Business. It is a good supplement that blends right into everything else you are doing. In itself, it is very difficult to achieve even a few hundred dollars a month, especially in the first year or two (unless you already have great computer and internet marketing skills.) |

If you were looking to hide behind your computer and make money just through affiliate marketing - your journey to financial success will be tougher. As a brother in the Lord, I encourage you that "God has not given you a spirit of timidity . . . " You can grow as a believer and marketer to fulfill your destiny! Coach Curt |
