The most important thing to remember in looking at a company pay plan
is to analyze in light of your desires and abilities. Some companies
pay more for retailing product than others. Some pay more for recruiting. |

Your research is well spent if you find the pay plan that compensates
fairly for how YOU want to build a mlm home based business. And I
have one caution and confession - |

Many representatives (including yours truly a few years back I am
ashamed to admit) will claim that their pay plan is the best, revolutionary,
totally new & unique, nothing

Just know that all such talk is hyped up non-sense. There are four
basic types of pay plans, and they all can work well if they match

In my opinion, this should be last criteria in making your decision
regarding a company. If the companies pay plan is presented to you as
a major feature, you should be wary. Once you are seriously looking
at a company to join, just ensure the pay plan will reward fairly for
the way YOU want to build YOUR mlm home based business. |

Having said all that, my favorite is the unilevel, or variations of
it. Simple and straightforward plans may not seem as glamorous, but
the fancy ones can too often just hide the weaknesses and you simply
have "smoke and mirrors." |

I actually enjoy analyzing pay plans since mathematics was my minor
in college. If you are looking at something and want some personal
input -let me know.
