	In my opinion, this should be last criteria in making your decision regarding a company. If the companies pay plan is presented to you as a major feature, you should be wary. Once you are seriously looking at a company to join, just ensure the pay plan will reward fairly for the way YOU want to build YOUR mlm home based business.

Simple and straightforward plans may not seem as glamorous, but the fancy ones can too often just hide the weaknesses and you simply have "smoke and mirrors."
